The correct way to measure for a slide out awning is to measure from the outside end of the flange to the outside edge of the other flange. Generally we also like to have about 5-7" of clearance on each side of the slide out for clearance so that the arms of the awning don't come into contact with anything when retracting the slide out. We do not carry any lug nuts with a rubber gasket and I personally would not recommend using any rubber gaskets for lug nuts. The hubs on your 2018 Jayco North Point will generate a lot of heat from the brakes. This would cause the rubber to become soft and more prone to breakdown. That would make it easier for the lug nut to loosen.
